“Lakeside Loons” Limited Edition Linoleum Block Reduction Print

This is a six color reduction print featuring lakeside loons. Reduction printmaking is the process of making a multi-layer, multi-color print from one linoleum block. After one layer is carved and printed with a specific color, this process is repeated until the last color is applied to the block. By the end of the process, the block is ruined and cannot create the same artwork again.

Each print measures 12”x12”. They are printed on Stonehenge white acid-free paper with oil-based ink. Your print comes numbered, titled, and signed. This is a limited edition run of 45 prints. There may be subtle differences in ink coverage compared to what is seen on the product image. Each print is unique as it is made by hand and not machine.

The print does not come with a frame or backing. Nothing pictured alongside the print in the image is included. Purchase of print does not reflect transfer of copyright. Use of these print photos is prohibited unless previous written permission is obtained by the artist.
